Together with Nesrine Changuel, author of Product Delight and creator of the Delight Grid Framework, you’ll learn how to embed delight into your everyday product practice — turning creativity, empathy, and innovation into tangible outcomes that your users can feel.
The Product Delight Workshop introduces participants to the four steps of the Delight Framework, providing a practical approach to designing products that create meaningful and memorable user experiences.
Throughout the workshop, participants work hands-on with a product of their choice—whether B2B or B2C—and apply each step of the framework to a real-world case.

The workshop combines practical exercises with real-world examples from digital products such as Google Meet, fintech applications, Atlassian, and Miro, demonstrating how successful products create emotional engagement alongside functional value.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have applied the complete Delight Framework to a product of their own and leave with a practical toolkit for creating products that customers genuinely enjoy using.
